Abstract

Персонал є одним з найважливіших факторів, які впливають на формування у гостей позитивного враження від перебування в готелі. На фоні цього особливої актуальності набуває тема кваліфікаційного дослідження "Організація діяльності персоналу у сфері гостинності в умовах війни". Перший розділ роботи присвячено аналізу теоретичних засад організації діяльності персоналу у сфері гостинності в умовах війни. В другому проаналізовано особливості діяльності персоналу готелю "Royal Grand". У третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи покращення організації діяльності персоналу у готелі "Royal Grand" в місті Трускавець в умовах війни та післявоєнний час.

The staff is one of the most important factors that influence the formation of a positive impression of a stay in a hotel. Against this background, the topic of the qualification study "Organization of personnel activities in the field of hospitality in wartime" becomes particularly relevant. The first section of the work is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the organization of personnel activities in the field of hospitality in wartime conditions. In the second part, the peculiarities of the activities of the staff of the "Royal Grand" hotel are analyzed. In the third chapter, ways to improve the organization of staff activities at the "Royal Grand" hotel in the city of Truskavets in wartime and postwar times are proposed.
