Abstract

В статті виявляються тенденції, формулюються прийоми і принципи формування зовнішніх і внутрішніх середовищ динамічно змінюваних інноваційних будівель на новому етапі розвитку модульних будівельних технологій. Виявлено особливості проектування інноваційних об'єктів, як гнучких середовищних структур міста, що трансформуються.

The article identifies trends, formulates techniques and principles of formation of external and internal environments of dynamically changing innovative buildings at a new stage of development of modular construction technologies. The peculiarities of designing innovative objects as flexible environmental structures of the city that are being transformed are revealed.
