Abstract:	The article investigates the reproductive rights. The analysis of international regulations which protect the reproductive rights. The author gives the defi nition of «reproductive rights», which is enshrined in international normative legal act. The author investigates of the European Union legislation in the area of reproductive rights. Examines legal regulation of assisted reproductive technologies in Ukraine. Determined that in Ukraine is absent legal regulation of the use of assisted reproductive technologies for unmarried men and unmarried women. The author defi nes reproductive rights as personal non rights.
