Інфраструктурне забезпечення розвитку підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки.

Abstract

Дисертаційну роботу присвячено поглибленню теоретико-методичних засад і розробленню науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інфраструктурного забезпечення розвитку підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки. У роботі обґрунтовано, що цифрова трансформація є одним із ключових чинників сучасного соціально-економічного розвитку, який змінює характер підприємницької діяльності, структуру бізнес-процесів, механізми взаємодії між суб’єктами господарювання, державою, споживачами та інституціями підтримки бізнесу. У дисертації доведено, що розвиток підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки неможливий без належного інфраструктурного забезпечення, яке охоплює не лише традиційні елементи підтримки бізнесу, а й цифрові платформи, хмарні сервіси, CRM/ERP-системи, інструменти бізнес-аналітики, засоби автоматизації, електронної комерції, кібербезпеки, цифрової комунікації та обміну даними. Цифрова інфраструктура розглядається як базова архітектура нової форми підприємницької взаємодії, у межах якої дані, цифрові сервіси та мережеві зв’язки стають основою створення доданої вартості. Метою дисертаційної роботи є обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення інфраструктурного забезпечення розвитку підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки на основі аналізу та оцінювання інфраструктурних засобів, ресурсів і цифрових сервісів, що впливають на зростання підприємницької активності, інноваційності, адаптивності та конкурентоспроможності бізнесу. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси інфраструктурного забезпечення розвитку підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та практичні засади інфраструктурного забезпечення розвитку підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки.Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у розвитку теоретико-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інфраструктурного забезпечення підприємництва в умовах цифрової економіки. Уперше використано підхід Digital Maturity Matrix не як статичну модель класифікації, а як динамічну аналітичну основу, що через анкетну операціоналізацію та індексну формалізацію дозволяє дослідити економічні ефекти цифрової трансформації підприємств у реальному та симуляційному середовищах. У дисертації теоретично обґрунтовано механізм впливу цифрової інфраструктури на конкурентоспроможність підприємництва. Встановлено медіаційну роль інноваційності у взаємозв’язку між розвитком цифрової інфраструктури та рівнем конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів господарювання. Доведено, що цифрова інфраструктура створює передумови для підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів, однак її вплив на конкурентоспроможність значною мірою реалізується через здатність підприємств до інноваційного оновлення та адаптації бізнес-моделей.

The dissertation is devoted to deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing scientific and practical recommendations for improving the infrastructure support for the development of entrepreneurship in the digital economy. The work substantiates that digital transformation is one of the key factors of modern socio-economic development, which changes the nature of entrepreneurial activity, the structure of business processes, mechanisms of interaction between business entities, the state, consumers and business support institutions. The dissertation proves that the development of entrepreneurship in the digital economy is impossible without proper infrastructure support, which includes not only traditional elements of business support, but also digital platforms, cloud services, CRM/ERP systems, business analytics tools, automation tools, e-commerce, cybersecurity, digital communication and data exchange. Digital infrastructure is considered as the basic architecture of a new form of business interaction, within which data, digital services and network connections become the basis for creating added value.The purpose of the dissertation is to substantiate the directions of improving the infrastructure support for the development of entrepreneurship in the digital economy based on the analysis and evaluation of infrastructure facilities, resources and digital services that affect the growth of entrepreneurial activity, innovation, adaptability and competitiveness of business. To achieve the goal, the theoretical foundations of the infrastructure support for entrepreneurship are determined, the transformation of entrepreneurial activity in the digital economy is characterized, a classification of digital infrastructure elements is proposed, methodological approaches to the study of the infrastructure environment are generalized, the state of digital infrastructure in Ukraine is analyzed, the use of digital services in entrepreneurial activity is investigated, barriers to digitalization are established, the impact of digital infrastructure on innovation, adaptability and competitiveness of business is determined, and the directions of development of the digital ecosystem of entrepreneurship support are substantiated.The object of the study is the processes of infrastructure support for the development of entrepreneurship in the digital economy. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of infrastructural support for the development of entrepreneurship in the digital economy. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the infrastructure support of entrepreneurship in the digital economy. For the first time, the Digital Maturity Matrix approach was used not as a static model of the class sification, but as a dynamic analytical basis, which, through questionnaire operationalization and index formalization, allows us to study the economic effects of digital transformation of enterprises in real and simulated environments.The dissertation theoretically substantiates the mechanism of influence of digital infrastructure on the competitiveness of entrepreneurship. The mediation role of innovation in the relationship between the development of digital infrastructure and the level of competitiveness of business entities has been established. It has been proven that digital infrastructure creates the prerequisites for increasing the efficiency of business processes, however, its impact on competitiveness is largely realized through the ability of enterprises to innovatively update and adapt business models.
