Abstract: The creation of new materials and technologies for their production has always been one of the important tasks of sustainable economic development. That is why recently there has been a great demand for smart materials (smart or intelligent materials) all over the world, which belong to the new generation of science and technology. Smart materials are one of the most exciting and transformative innovations in chemical engineering, taking into account unprecedented opportunities for various industries to develop adaptive, efficient and sustainable processes.
