Формування та принципи функціонування електронних систем торгівлі

Abstract

Автором в ході роботи досліджено процес формування систем електронної торгівлі, розкриті механізми впливу електронної торгівлі на економіку країн, що розвиваються. Дано визначення термінам електронна комерція, електронна торгівля, електронний аукціон, електронний торгівельний майданчик. Зроблено аналіз проблемних питань процесу впровадження електронних торгів. Акцентовано увагу на винятковій ролі використання в сфері державного управляння системи електронної комерції.

The author believes that the solution of tasks of reforming the economy of developing countries and the integration of national markets into the international economic system requires the introduction of activity, both public authorities and economic actors of modern information technology. The key areas to address these issues is consistent infrastructure of e-business and public administration of computers as foundations of the new digital economy. There has, to date, that the legal framework of electronic commerce, and thus the "rules" in this segment of the market economy some CIS countries just emerging, rather, are in their infancy and the choice of the legal concept of regulation and interaction of participants in electronic segment of the economy. Developed countries are given using electronic forms of commerce, including actively exploit the system in state procurement.
