Abstract

Рассмотрено определение процедуры электронного реверсивного аукциона, исследован зарубежный опыт переведения процесса государственных закупок в плоскость электронных документов, дан анализ перспективам перехода сферы государственных закупок в Украине к использованию электронных документов.
