Comprehensive design to overcome anxiety through visual elements

Abstract

In the vast territory of China, there is an ancient and legendary passage hidden in the vast territory —— Hexi Corridor. It is like a dragon, winding across the east and west, becoming a bridge between the Central Plains and the Western Regions. At the strategic point of this dragon, standing in Star Gorge, its unique historical heritage and natural features have written a glorious page on the ancient Silk Road. Star Gorge, as a strong barrier between the desert of Gansu and Xinjiang, is a vibrant oasis after crossing it. However, in today's fast-paced society, people are generally under great pressure due to multiple factors such as study, work and interpersonal relationship. These pressures are often transformed into anxiety, just like the invisible "desert" eroding people's hearts. However, when people feel happiness and happy, their body releases dopamine, a chemical that seems to bring the heart into an "oasis."As designers, we shoulder the responsibility of designing for the interests of the society. Through creation, we should take design as a bridge of emotional communication with people, integrate family love, friendship and things that people love, and establish a deep emotional connection with people. This topic is mainly in the form of visual design with the stars gorge metaphor designed to solve social anxiety, in this way, we hope that through the reference postmodernism design practice contact with people's emotion, can change the social phenomenon, using illustration design, interactive design will design into "stars gorge" in the heart, build a strong defense, resist anxiety and pressure the "sand" on the inner "oasis"
