Abstract

Однією з найважливіших передумов розвитку глобальної економіки є її цифрова трансформація, основною метою якої є цифровізація усіх бізнес-процесів підприємства. Пріоритетами розвитку цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємства є цифровізація системи бухгалтерського обліку на підприємстві. Важливими наслідками цифровізації системи бухгалтерського обліку є оперативність та достовірність інформації, що забезпечує досягнення стратегічних цілей розвитку підприємства. Метою дослідження є розгляд основних особливостей розвитку цифровізації системи бухгалтерського обліку на підприємстві. Основними методами дослідження є: метод спостереження, методи аналізу та синтезу, індукції та дедукції, класифікації, монографічний метод, метод узагальнення. Розглянуто основні напрями цифровізації, що характеризують зміни у системі бухгалтерському обліку підприємства у сучасних умовах господарювання. Досліджено існуючі технології ведення бухгалтерського обліку: спеціалізовані бухгалтерські програми, ERP-системи управління підприємством, хмарні технології, Вlockchain-технології. Систематизовано види програмних рішень системи бухгалтерського обліку підприємства. Охарактеризовано критерії вибору програмного рішення для системи бухгалтерського обліку підприємства. Доведено, що першочерговим завданням постає захищеність системи функціонування програмного рішення від внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів. Висвітлено необхідність посилення інформаційної безпеки на підприємстві. Визначено елементи захисту програмного рішення для системи бухгалтерського обліку підприємства. Розглянуто взаємну інтеграцію інформаційних управлінських систем за допомогою Application Programming Interface. Досліджено способи вирішення незахищеності резервних копій баз даних програмного рішення системи бухгалтерського обліку на підприємстві. Охарактеризовано локальні та хмарні ERP-системи управління підприємством. Виокремлено різні способи застосування Stand-Alone ERP-системи управління підприємством. Наведено види рішень хмарних ERP-систем управління підприємством. Дослідження застосування Вlockchain-технологій у системі бухгалтерського обліку на підприємстві.
