Впровадження аутсорсингу бізнес-процесів на підприємстві

Abstract

Досліджено передумови виникнення управлінської ситуації, яка потребує рішення щодо аутсорсингу. Доведено недостатню розробленість методичних положень обґрунтування управлінського рішення щодо впровадження аутсорсингу на підприємстві, які б комплексно враховували фінансово-економічний стан підприємства, доцільність і його готовність до діяльності на основі аутсорсингу. Науковою новизною дослідження є методичний комплексний підхід до обґрунтування управлінського рішення щодо впровадження аутсорсингу бізнес-процесів на підприємстві, основні положення якого узагальнено у відповідній моделі. Практичну цінність мають запропоновані методичні положення, які доведені до рівня конкретних методик і практичних рекомендацій та можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності підприємств, які використовують аутсорсинг бізнес-процесів у господарській діяльності.

The preconditions of a management situation that requires an outsourcing decision have been investigated. The immaturity of the methodological guidelines concerning the grounds for management decision on the outsourcing implementation at the enterprise, which would take into account the financial and economic state of the enterprise, the expediency and its readiness for activity based on outsourcing, has been proved. In the research, the following principles have been used: integrity, hierarchy, structuring, coherence, complexity, as well as scientific approaches and methods: specification, analysis, synthesis, statistical, logical, system, and structural analysis, expert estimation, economic and mathematical modeling and integrated economic estimation to improve the methodological guidelines of the grounds for management decision concerning outsourcing implementation. The factors that determine the effectiveness of management decisions regarding the outsourcing implementation of business processes at the enterprise have been established. The criteria that determine the expediency and the enterprise readiness for outsourcing implementation and their estimation indicators have been determined. The methodical approach to evaluate of expediency and the enterprise readiness to outsourcing implementation has been proposed. The scale of readiness estimation degree of the enterprise towards outsourcing implementation has been formalized. The integral indicator of outsourcing activation at the enterprise has been calculated. The research scientific novelty is a comprehensive methodological approach to the grounds for management decision on outsourcing implementation, the main guidelines of which have been summarized in the corresponding model. The proposed methodological guidelines represent the practical value. They have been brought to the level of specific methods and practical recommendations and can be used in the practical activity of enterprises that use outsourcing in their economic activity.
