Постійне оновлення комп’ютерної техніки та програм – нагальна потреба кожного виробництва. Цей процес постійного оновлення та розширення можливостей технічних та програмних засобів необхідно контролювати та аналізувати. В даному випадку корисною є система для обліку контролю використання програмних стандартних та найбільш поширених програмних засобів. Необхідною складовою є розробка стратегії оновлення програмних засобів. Система, що дозволяє спростити вирішення цих задач, представлена в цій роботі.

The most common functions of office software are text and image documentation, accounting and control. The software for performing these functions is constantly changing. The typical component of all office enterprises is considered – software, methods for assessing its quality and efficiency of use in a particular enterprise. Methods of increasing efficiency The system allows you to decide on a useful and expedient update of the software product.
