Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню систем управління стимулюванням праці персоналу та розкрито понятійно-категоріальний апарат. Вивчено та досліджено особливості управління персоналом на аграрному підприємстві. Узагальнено зарубіжний досвід застосування систем стимулювання персоналу. Проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності підприємства та використовуваний управлінський підхід до зайнятості та стимулювання. Обґрунтовано напрями розвитку підприємства та цілі в системі управління персоналом.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of systems for the management of labor stimulation of personnel and the conceptual and categorical apparatus is revealed. Peculiarities of personnel management at an agricultural enterprise have been studied and researched. The foreign experience of using personnel incentive systems is summarized. A comprehensive analysis of the enterprise's activity and the management approach to employment and stimulation used. The company's development directions and goals in the personnel management system are substantiated.
