Управління діяльністю підрозділів торговельного підприємства

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню управління діяльністю підрозділів торговельного підприємства. Вивчено та досліджено основні аспекти управління діяльністю підрозділів у сфері агробізнесу та кулінарії. Проведено аналіз управління діяльністю підрозділів досліджуваного підприємства – мережі швидкого харчування "Döner Mаркет" та агрохолдингу МХП. Розроблено ефективні стратегії управління діяльністю підрозділів з метою покращення попиту і оптимізації витрат підприємства.

The final bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of the management of the activities of the divisions of the trading enterprise. The main aspects of managing the activities of divisions in the field of agribusiness and cooking were studied and researched. An analysis of the management of the activities of the divisions of the investigated enterprise – the fast food chain "Döner Market" and the agricultural holding MHP – was carried out. Effective strategies for managing the activities of divisions have been developed in order to improve demand and optimize enterprise costs.
