Abstract

Дипломну бакалаврську роботу присвячено розробці додатку для автоматизації управління основними аспектами обліку роботи підприємства. Здійснено огляд найпоширеніших CRM систем, здійснено порівняльний аналіз їх функціональних можливостей; проаналізовано структуру CRM; здійснено огляд фреймворка Lightning і його основних інструментів; реалізовано додаток для автоматизації управліннями основними аспектами обліку роботи підприємства. Матеріали дипломної бакалаврської роботи рекомендується використовувати у навчальному процесі фахівців з розробки додатків для Salesforce, а також у сферах, пов’язаних з автоматизацією обліку виробництва. Прогнозні припущення про розвиток об’єкту та предмету дослідження – застосування в якості шаблону або прикладу для побудови більш складних і вузькоспеціалізованих систем управління взаємовідносинами з клієнтами.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the development of an application for automating the management of the main accounting aspects of the company's work. An overview of the most common CRM systems was carried out, a comparative analysis of their functionality was carried out; the CRM structure was analyzed; an overview of the Lightning framework and its main tools; an application for automating management of the main accounting aspects of the enterprise's work has been implemented. The materials of the bachelor thesis are recommended to be used in the educational process of specialists in the development of applications for Salesforce, as well as in areas related to the automation of production accounting. Predictive assumptions about the development of the object and subject of research - use as a template or example for building more complex and highly specialized customer relationship management systems.
