Abstract

The basis of any system is a process, in particular, the basis of an information system is the process of information production. In this sense, we can consider the information system as a management system, where this process is the object of management. The increase in the amount of information in the information system of organizations, the need for speeding up and more complex ways of its processing make it necessary to automate the operation of the information system, that is, to automate the processing of information. The automated information system of organization management is an interconnected set of data, equipment, software, personnel, standards of procedures designed for the collection, processing, distribution, storage, issuance (provision) of information in accordance with the requirements arising from the organization's activities. As a rule, it is a system for supporting decision-making and production of information products that uses computer information technology and personnel that interact with computers and telecommunications. The technology of working in a computerized information system should be accessible to a specialist in the non-computer field and can be successfully used to control and manage the processes of professional activity. The following stages can be distinguished in the operation of the information system: creation of data – formation of primary messages that record the results of certain operations, properties of objects and subjects of management, parameters of processes, content of regulatory and legal acts, etc.
