Простій як форма трудових відносин на підприємстві в умовах військового стану в Україні

Abstract

В статті досліджено сутність, причини та особливості впровадження простою на підприємстві. Визначено, що простій, як форма трудових відносин, дає можливість зберегти трудовий колектив на підприємстві в умовах військового стану. З’ясовано умови переходу підприємства на простій та форми оплати праці працівникам.

The article examines the essence, reasons and features of the introduction of downtime at the enterprise. It was determined that a simple form of labor relations makes it possible to preserve the labor team at the enterprise in the conditions of martial law. The conditions for the transition of the enterprise to the simple one and the forms of payment to the employees have been clarified.
