Розробка програмного забезпечення в задачах комунікації освітнього процесу

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – чат-бот, як вирішення задач комунікації в освітньому процесі. Мета дипломного проекту – розроблення чат-бота в месенджері Telegram для вирішення задач комунікації під час освітнього процесу, дослідження методів взаємодії з даними для швидкого і комфортного перегляду їх користувачем, отримання зворотного зв’язку від користувача та збереження отриманих даних в базу даних, інтуїтивно зрозумілий інтерфейс. Методи розробки: мова програмування Python, інтегроване середовище розробки PyCharm, HTTP-інтерфейс TelegramBotAPI. У першому розділі був проведений аналіз предметної області, огляд існуючих аналогів. У другому розділі визначено призначення та функціонал програмної реалізації, дослідження технологій та засобів розробки. У третьому розділі описана розробка програмної реалізації та її тестування. У додатках наведено текст програми та її опис.

Object of research: chatbot, as a solution to communication problems in the educational process. The purpose of the diploma project: development of a chatbot in the Telegram messenger, for solving communication problems during the educational process, research of methods of interaction with data, for fast and comfortable viewing by the user, receiving feedback from the user and saving the received data in a database, intuitive interface. Development methods: Python programming language, PyCharm integrated development environment, TelegramBotAPI HTTP interface. In the first section the analysis of the subject area, the review of existing analogues was carried out. The second section defines the purpose and functionality of the software implementation; research of technologies and means of development. The third section describes the development of software implementation and its testing. The appendices contain: the text of the program and its description.
