Капіталізація інтелектуальної діяльності як інструмент розвитку інтелектуального капіталу закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Аналіз наукових джерел показав існування різних підходів до пояснень сутності капіталізації. В запропонованій схемі капіталізація інтелектуальної діяльності виступає інструментом розвитку інтелектуального капіталу закладу вищої освіти (ЗВО). Тому оцінка можливостей використання наявних активів (їх обсягів) та результатів такого використання (додаткової вартості) дозволяє визначити рівень використання капіталу, тобто фактичний рівень його розвитку. При цьому зміна обсягів та результатів використання активів несе із собою зміну можливостей реалізації поставлених цілей діяльності, а значить зміну рівня використання капіталу або його розвитку, що також потребує проведення відповідної оцінки. Відмінності в напрямах та загальні принципи розвитку інтелектуального капіталу привідних класичних університетів України стали підставою для побудувати структурно-логічної схему процесу розвитку інтелектуального капіталу ЗВО. Дана схема сформована, виходячи з особливостей та значення прямої та зворотньої капіталізації. Враховуючи мету капіталізації, а саме максимізація суспільної цінності власних та залучених інтелектуальних активів за результатами збільшення впливу ЗВО на науково-технічний та соціально-економічний розвиток суспільства (країни, регіону, міста), було позначено місце трансферу технологій та трансферу професійно-освітніх знань у взаємопов’язаному відновленні та нарощуванні інтелектуальних людських активів, активів відносин, інноваційних, інформаційних та процесних активів в ході освітньої та наукової діяльності.

The analysis of scientific sources has shown the existence of different approaches to explaining the essence of capitalization. In the proposed scheme, the capitalization of intellectual activity acts as an instrument for the development of intellectual capital of the institution of higher education (IHE). Therefore, estimating the possibilities of using available assets (their volumes) and the results of such use (value added) allows us to determine the level of capital use, that is, the actual level of its development. At the same time, the change in the volumes and results of the use of assets entails a change in the possibilities of realization of the set goals of activity, and thus the change in the level of use of capital or its development, which also requires an assessment. Differences in directions and general principles of intellectual capital development of driving classical universities of Ukraine became the basis for constructing a structural and logical scheme of the development of intellectual capital of the IHE. This scheme is based on the features and values of direct and reverse capitalization. Taking into account the goal of capitalization, namely, maximizing the social value of own and attracted intellectual assets as a result of the increase of the impact of the IHE on the scientific and technical and socio-economic development of society (country, region, city), the place of transfer of technologies and transfer of vocational and educational knowledge in mutual The restoration and growth of intellectual human assets, assets of relationships, innovative, informational and process assets in the course of educational and scientific activities. The structural and logical scheme of the process of development of intellectual capital IHE reflects the effect of the law of accumulation of capital, which requires a proportional reproduction of intellectual human capital, capital relations and organizational capital (information and process), which is ensured by a sufficient level of productivity of intellectual labor (wages) and increased opportunities for self-realization of them as carriers of specific knowledge, on the one hand, and a sufficient level of innovation in the activity of the IHE for the fulfillment of its social mission in the conditions of merging intellectual and financial capital, on the other hand.
