Abstract:	Determine the possibility of carrying out hairiness of fabric by weight method. An algorithm for determining the parameters of hairiness of fabric by weight method was developed for the first time. The use of the proposed method allows expanding the possibilities of textile materials in the direction of the study of the surface properties of textile fabrics and threads.
