Abstract:	У статті здійснено аналіз визначення поняття «трудовий договір», досліджено процедуру укладення трудового договору за законодавством України. Обґрунтовано необхідність внесення змін у проект Трудового кодексу України. The paper analyses definition of a notion ‘labour contract’ and studies the procedure for conclusion of labour contracts under the legislation of Ukraine. The scientifically grounded proposals for the improvement of the acts of the current legislation, draft Labour Code of Ukraine.
