Abstract:	Надано результати трансформаційних змін кадрових відносин в індустрії моди. Наведено статистичні дані стану індустрії в цілому та аналітичні дані щодо попиту на окремі професійні позиції. В результаті практичних досліджень ринку праці в індустрії моди, виявлено основні проблеми, причини та шляхи їх вирішення для стабілізації ринку. The results of transformational changes in personnel relations in the fashion industry are presented. The statistics of the state of the industry as a whole and the analytical data on the demand for individual professional positions are presented. As a result of practical research of the labor market in the fashion industry, the main problems, causes and solutions for market stabilization were identified.
