This paper explores the relationship between corporate discourse and economic efficiency through an interdisciplinary perspective that combines insights from linguistics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and behavioral economics. The study argues that language is not merely a tool for transmitting information but a strategic resource that shapes employee motivation, organizational trust, and workplace performance. Particular attention is paid to the role of linguistic framing, speech acts, modality, and communicative pragmatics in influencing employees’ perceptions of rewards and professional responsibilities. The research examines how corporate communication affects transaction costs, information asymmetry, and human capital optimization within modern organizations. By integrating philological and economic approaches, the study demonstrates that effective communication contributes to stronger organizational commitment, improved cooperation, and higher productivity. The findings support the concept of linguistic capital as an important intangible asset that enhances organizational performance and competitive advantage. The paper concludes that investment in communication quality and motivating language strategies can generate significant economic benefits and should be considered an essential component of contemporary management practices.uk
