Інституційні основи інноваційного розвитку кластерооб'єднаних підприємств

Abstract

В статті досліджено інституційні основи інноваційного розвитку кластерооб'єднаних підприємств. Виділено, що в процесі повномасштабної війни з росією Україна змінила фокус державної економічної політики, що безпосередньо мало вплив на інноваційний розвиток національної економіки. Зокрема, наголошено, що поставлені на паузу або призупинені зовсім процеси щодо підготовки та реалізації інноваційних проектів, які здійснюються на умовах державно-приватного партнерства. Підкреслено, що інституціональними бар'єрами інноваційного розвитку кластерооб'єднаних підприємств є формальні та неформальні чинники. Акцентовано, що в умовах сьогодення перед органами влади, постають непрості завдання з вирішення посталих вагомих викликів, що спонукає до пошуку нових підходів щодо формування, використання та розвитку інноваційного потенціалу території щодо інноваційного розвитку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності національної економіки.

The article examines the institutional foundations of innovative development of cluster-united enterprises. It was highlighted that in the course of the full-scale war with Russia, Ukraine changed the focus of state economic policy, which had a direct impact on the innovative development of the national economy. In particular, it was emphasized that the processes related to the preparation and implementation of innovative projects, which are carried out under the conditions of public-private partnership, have been put on hold or suspended altogether. It is emphasized that formal and informal factors are institutional barriers to innovative development of cluster-united enterprises. It is emphasized that in today's conditions, the authorities face difficult tasks to solve the significant challenges that have arisen, which prompts the search for new approaches to the formation, use and development of the innovative potential of the territory in terms of innovative development and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy.
