Розроблення та дослідження функціонально-досконалих механізмів ниткопритягача швейних машин

Abstract

Робота присвячена аналізу та розробці функціонально-досконалого механізму ниткопритягача швейної машини. Поставлені задачі аналізу механізму полягали в дослідженні призначення та галузі використання швейної машини 1022 класу; дослідженні конструкції механізмів швейної машини 1022 класу; кінематичному дослідженні механізму ниткопритягача швейної машини 1022 класу та визначенні закону дійсної подачі верхньої нитки механізмом ниткопритягача базової конструкції. Поставлені задачі розробки функціонально-досконалого механізму ниткопритягача швейної машини полягали у геометричному синтезі механізму ниткопритягача швейної машини нової конструкції, кінематичному дослідженні механізму ниткопритягача нової конструкції та силовому аналізу кривошипно-коромислового механізму.

The work is devoted to the analysis and development of the functionally-perfect mechanism of the thread attractor of the sewing machine. The tasks of the analysis of the mechanism were to study the purpose and field of use of the sewing machine class 1022; research of a design of mechanisms of the sewing machine of 1022 class; kinematic study of the mechanism of the thread puller of the sewing machine 1022 class and determination of the law of the actual supply of the upper thread by the mechanism of the thread puller of the basic design. The tasks of development of the functionally perfect mechanism of the thread attractor of the sewing machine consisted in geometric synthesis of the mechanism of the thread attractor of the sewing machine of new design, kinematic research of the mechanism of the thread attractor of new design and power analysis of the crank mechanism.
