Ефективність діяльності підприємства та шляхи її підвищення

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено удосконаленню ефективності діяльності підприємства та шляхам її підвищення на прикладі ТОВ «Епіцентр-К». В роботі досліджено сутність ефективності як економічної категорії та визначено класифікацію видів і форм прояву ефективності; визначено базові методичні підходи щодо ефективності діяльності підприємства; досліджено основні чинники підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання; проведено організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства ТОВ «Епіцентр-К»; проаналізовано систему показників фінансової стійкості підприємства ТОВ «Епіцентр-К»; проведена оцінка ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства ТОВ «Епіцентр-К»; запропоновано фінансову стратегію підприємства як чинник його ефективної інноваційної діяльності; розроблено програму організаційно-економічних заходів щодо підвищення ефективності використання персоналу та кар’єри на ТОВ «Епіцентр-К»; проведено планування прибутку при збільшенні попиту на продукцію ТОВ «Епіцентр-К».

The research is devoted to improving the efficiency of the enterprise and ways to increase it on the example of Epicenter-K. The essence of efficiency as an economic category is investigated in the work and the classification of types and forms of manifestation of efficiency is determined; the basic methodical approaches concerning efficiency of activity of the enterprise are defined; the main factors of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise in modern conditions of managing are investigated; the organizational and economic characteristics of the researched enterprise LLC Epicenter-K were carried out; the system of indicators of financial stability of the enterprise of LLC Epicenter-K is analyzed; the estimation of efficiency of use of labor resources of the enterprise of LLC Epicenter-K is carried out; the financial strategy of the enterprise as a factor of its effective innovative activity is offered; a program of organizational and economic measures to improve the efficiency of staff and career use at Epicenter-K LLC was developed; profit planning was carried out with increasing demand for Epicenter-K products.
