Abstract

The study of mixtures of viscous liquids, in particular melts of polymer mixtures, is relevant in the world. Research is based on knowledge of the basic principles of classical hydrodynamics. The purpose of the work is to create software for processing experimental data on determining the value of effective viscosity of polymer melt, the nature of the flow and graphic representation of the results of the study. The task is to calculate the parameters of the flow of polymer melts and to present the results in graphical form. The object of the study is polymer composites. Their properties are determined by a number of factors – the characteristics of the polymer matrix, the size of nanoparticle particles, their shape, orientation and mutual placement. The interaction between the filler and the polymer at the molecular level, which can lead to an increase or decrease in the viscosity of the melts of such systems, has a significant influence on the rheological indexes. The subject of the study is the process of automated calculation of the flow parameters of the melts of polymers and their mixtures.
