Короткий огляд (реферат): The article is devoted to the scientific problem of applying strategic management in the implementation of corporate restructuring projects. The model of the strategic process of corporate restructuring in the form of three stages has been substantiated: preparation for restructuring, implementation of restructuring, and integration of companies. The analytical model has been developed on the basis of the project-potential modification of the revenue approach to conducting a strategic assessment of the effectiveness of restructuring.
