Особливості організації роботи керівника групи в автобусних турах в умовах пандемії COVID-19

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості організації роботи керівника туристичної групи в автобусних турах в сучасних умовах. Доведено, що в сучасних умовах автобусні тури є одним з найпопулярніших видів туризму, який посідає третє місце серед інших видів туризму в Україні. Визначено, що в Україні найбільше користуються попитом тури в Європу, які класифікуються на: тури з нічними переїздами; тури без нічних переїздів; спецтури; економ тури; тури вихідного дня (вікенди). Організацією та супроводом автобусного туру здійснює керівник туристичної групи. Супроводжуючий туристичної групи – це штатний співробітник туристичного агентства або туроператора, який супроводжує групу туристів у туристичній подорожі по території країни та за кордоном, надає інформацію і туристичні відомості в місцях транзитного проїзду поза сферою компетенції місцевого гіда. В статті узагальнено вимоги, права та обов'язки керівника туристичної групи. Доведено, що керівником туристичної групи не може бути будь-яка особа, а тільки штатний працівник туристичного агентства, який несе особисту відповідальність за якість здійснення туру. Визначено умові в роботі супроводжуючого туристичної групи, що визначають його успіх, до яких віднесено: творчий підхід до всіх членів туристичної групи; вміння врахувати контингент груп; лідерство. Зазначено, що супроводжуючий туристичної групи може використовувати два типи лідерства: авторитарний і демократичний.

The article examines the peculiarities of the organization work of the head of the tourist group in bus tours in modern conditions. It is proved that in modern conditions bus tours are one of the most popular types of tourism, which ranks third among other types of tourism in Ukraine. It is determined that tours to Europe are most in demand in Ukraine, which are classified into: tours with night transfers; tours without night transfers; specials; economy tours; weekend tours (weekends). The advantages of using a bus as a tourist vehicle are determined. The head of the tourist group organizes and accompanies the bus tour. An escort of a tourist group is a staff member of a travel agency or tour operator who accompanies a group of tourists on a tourist trip across the country and abroad, provides information and tourist information in places of transit outside the scope of the local guide. The article summarizes the requirements, rights and responsibilities of the head of the tourist group. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the responsibilities of the tour group attendant are extended to the implementation of anti-epidemiological measures and to increase the security of members of the tour group.The tour group attendant is personally responsible for: non-compliance by members of the tourist group with the rules of stay in the country in a pandemic; detection and non-notification of cases of coronavirus among members of the tourist group; refusal of the tourist group from self-isolation in case of detection or suspicion of coronavirus; refusal of a tourist or tourist group to take tests for coronavirus. It has been proved that the head of a tourist group cannot be any person, but only a full-time employee of a travel agency, who is personally responsible for the quality of the tour. The conditions in the work of the accompanying tourist group are determined, which determine its success, which include: creative approach to all members of the tourist group; ability to take into account the contingent of groups; leadership. It is noted that the accompanying tourist group can use two types of leadership: authoritarian and democratic.
