Управління стійким розвитком підприємства в умовах турбулентного середовища

Abstract

У статті розглядається поняття "стійкий розвиток" та необхідність визначення його складових для забезпечення стійкого розвитку компанії в турбулентних умовах. У статті подано визначення стійкого розвитку, турбулентного середовища та інструментів управління бізнесом та їх взаємозв’язок. Визначено основні вимоги та етапи процесу розробки системи управління стійким розвитком. Визначено, що основні інструменти сталого розвитку побудовані таким чином, що забезпечують стійкість підприємств з позиції їх основних компонентів. Для забезпечення сталого розвитку промислових підприємств необхідно враховувати особливості підприємства, стан галузі в країні, а також інші критерії, що забезпечують стійкість розвитку підприємства. Для досягнення найкращих результатів необхідно використовувати певні інструменти управління, засновані на системному підході, що дозволяє провести повний і цілісний аналіз компанії та розробити комплекс заходів для забезпечення її сталого розвитку в турбулентних умовах.

The article deals with the concept of "sustainable development" and the necessity to define its components to ensure sustainable development of a company in turbulent conditions. The definitions of sustainable development, turbulent environment and business management tools and their interrelation are given in the article. The main requirements and stages of the process of sustainable development management system development are defined. It is determined that the main tools of sustainable development are constructed in such a way that they provide stability of enterprises from the point of view of their main components. To ensure sustainable development of industrial enterprises, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the enterprise, the state of the industry in the country, as well as other criteria that ensure the sustainability of enterprise development. In order to achieve the best results, it is necessary to use certain management tools based on a systematic approach, to conduct a complete and holistic analysis of the company and to develop a set of measures to ensure its sustainable development in turbulent conditions.
