Особливості застосування в управлінні організаціями моделі ЕFQM 2020

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність самооцінки діяльності організації за новою моделлю ділової досконалості EFQM 2020 як важливої складової в системі управління організацією, основи її вдосконалення, досягнення конкурентоспроможності на внутрішньому і світовому ринках та перемоги в конкурсах з якості. Самооцінка організації за моделлю EFQM 2020 року – всебічний аналіз діяльності силами самої організації. Самооцінку використовують як інструмент моніторингу за станом організації, а також здійснюють при участі в національних та світових конкурсах якості. Визначено цілі проведення самооцінки організації за новою моделлю ділової досконалості EFQM 2020, її переваги та методи проведення. Розглянуто чинники, що вплинули на розробку нової моделі EFQM 2020, яка описує досконалу організацію за допомогою 7 критеріїв і 25 підкритеріїв, розділених на три групи: напрямок-виконання-результат. Проведено порівняний аналіз моделі ЕFQM та міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015.

The article reveals the essence of self-assessment of the organization according to the new model of business excellence EFQM 2020 as an important component in the management system of an organization, the basics of its improvement, competitiveness in domestic and global markets and winning quality competitions. Organization's self-assessment according to the EFQM 2020 model is a comprehensive analysis of the organization's own activities. Self-assessment is used as a tool for monitoring the condition of an organization, which aims to find areas for improvement and is carried out in national and global quality competitions. The goals of self-assessment of an organization according to the new model of business excellence EFQM 2020, its advantages and methods are carried out. In the process of self-assessment of an organization as a standard in Europe and in the world uses the model of business excellence EFQM. This model was launched by the European Foundation for Quality Management, which in 2017 brought the quality competition for this model to the world level called the Global EFQM Excellence Award and established a new rating system for the best organizations EFQM Global Excellence Index. The globally recognized EFQM model, used by thousands of organizations around the world, is undergoing constant cycles of improvement and is being systematically revised. At the annual EFQM forum on October 23-24, 2019 in Helsinki (Finland), the new model EFQM 2020 was presented for the first time, which is intended for use as a tool for assessing the business development of an enterprise or organization. Since there have been many irreversible changes in society recently, in particular global warming, globalization, the model was in 2019 radically revised and updated. EFQM 2020 describes a perfect organization using 7 criteria and 25 sub-criteria, divided into three groups: direction-execution-result. The factors that influenced the development of the new model are considered, in particular the need to creatively and quickly adapt to constant and unpredictable changes, the emergence of new generations of people, increasing consumer demands and expectations to obtain ready-made values, and others.
