dc.description.abstract	Studied the effect of citric acid concentration and the treatment duration of native starch on the starch modification process. During the modification, the degree of polymerization of starch decreases from 120 to 51. Studied the physical and mechanical characteristics of films based on modified starch, depending on the moisture of the environment. Developed a laboratory technique for producing PVA-based compositions and polysaccharides. The results of the study can be used to obtain films for medical applications.	en
