Аналітичний огляд теорій економічної безпеки в контексті економічної безпеки закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті акцентовано увагу на тому, що проблеми безпеки тісно пов’язані з глобалізацією, яка перед сучасним світом ставить проблему запобігання численним загрозам і небезпекам. Розглянуто теорії економічної безпеки. Наведено характеристики теорій економічної безпеки з урахуванням наукового внеску зарубіжних та вітчизняних авторів у їх розвиток. Виокремлено теорії економічної безпеки з погляду можливості їх використання для забезпечення економічної безпеки закладів вищої освіти та управління нею. На основі наукових напрацювань авторів у сфері розвитку теорій економічної безпеки зроблено висновок про те, що теорії ризиків, конфліктів і катастроф пов’язані між собою та відображено взаємозв’язок їх та економічної безпеки закладів вищої освіти. При цьому враховано можливість досягнення стану економічної небезпеки закладів вищої освіти за умови впливу чинників різноспрямованої дії на їхню економічну безпеку, формування загроз і виникнення ризиків.

In the article the emphasis is placed on the fact that security issues are closely linked to globalization, which poses the problem of preventing numerous threats and dangers before the modern world. In the article investigates the relationship between the theories of economic security and the economic security of higher education institutions. The theories of economic security are considered in the article. The characteristics of the theories of economic security are presented taking into account the scientific contribution of foreign and domestic authors in their development. Paying tribute to the achievements of scientists, it is noted that these theories were consider at the state level, and in some cases, at the level of enterprises, etc. A detailed analysis of scientific publications shows that these theoretical work did not find applied application at the level of economic security of institutions of higher education, which requires a study to find out their theoretical and practical significance and further development in order to providing economic security of institutions of higher education and its management. The survey is based on retrospective analysis of the development of the theories of economic security, it has been determined that in the scientific papers of scientists there is no detailed justification of the possibilities of using the theories of economic security for ensuring economic security and managing it at different hierarchical levels. The theories of economic security are allocated from the point of view of possibility of their using to ensure the economic security of institutions of higher education and its management. Based on the scientific achievements of the authors in the field of the development of the theories of economic security, it was concluded that the theories of risks, conflicts and catastrophe is interrelated and reflects the interrelation their with economic security of institutions of higher education. It takes into account the possibility of achieving the state of the economic danger of institutions of higher education under the influence of factors multidirectional impact on their economic security, the formation of threats and the emergence of risks.
