Узагальнена систематизація елементів для забезпечення комфортності захисного одягу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто систематизацію різновидів конструктивно-технологічних елементів, що забезпечують комфортність захисного одягу на основі елементів аналітичних досліджень. Запропоновано підхід до формування інформаційної бази елементів захисного одягу для забезпечення його комфортності згідно з вимогами. Результати аналізу виявили недосконалість існуючих моделей захисного одягу, що вимагає його удосконалення.

The article deals with the systematization of varieties of structural and technological elements that provide the comfort of protective clothing on the basis of analytical research. The approach to formation of information base of means of providing comfort of protective clothing according to its requirements is offered. The results of the analysis revealed the imperfection of existing models of protective clothing, which requires its improvement. The article considers the possibilities of influencing the design of protective clothing to provide the required level of functionality and comfort for the needs of the user. On the basis of analytical research requirements, the systematization of varieties of structural and technological elements of protective clothing has been performed. Innovative principles of formation of the information base of means of ensuring the required level of quality of protective clothing according to the requirements of it are offered. It is analyzed how using additional constructive details, technological decisions and decorative elements, it is possible to expand the existing standard range of protective clothing. The classification of matching of the functions and properties of protective clothing to the requirements of ensuring the comfort of the worker and the conditions of production is fulfilled. Separating the basic requirements, such as hygienic, ergonomic, anthropometric, operational, psychophysiological and protective, allows to consider more closely the problem of making effective protective clothing. The article emphasizes the importance of designing protective clothing products that maximally protects the human body from the penetration of harmful particles into the clothing space and provides a number of hygienic requirements. Based on the presented material and the results of the analysis, the imperfection of existing models of protective clothing was identified, which requires its improvement.
