На основі творчого джерела розроблено авторську колекцію жіночого одягу.; The analysis of the features of design-projection of designer collection of the women`s clothes on the basis of the modern techniques of decoration of the fabrics using the hand painting. The complex approach, the method of system-structural and morphological analysis of the source object of the research with its subsequent synthesis on the basis of the obtained information is used. The collections of the modern designers have been analyzed in order to determine the actual trends of compositional and design solutions for the modern clothes (silhouettes, three-dimensional forms, cuts of the sleeves), and color design of the fabrics. The analysis of the recent collections, presented on the world podiums, has shown that straight and trapezoidal silhouettes, as well as focus on the waist-line, and clothes with clear lines of cut are the most relevant fashion trends. Such type of the clothes as the raincoats is becoming fashionable again; the focus on the bright monochrome colors and the use of the fabrics with the effect of metallization remain popular. The modern methods of delineation of a printed picture on the textile fabric or on the piece of the garment are considered, namely: mechanical printing, silk screening, aerographic printing, thermal printing, digital printing, hand painting. The techniques of decoration of the fabrics and the products on the basis of painting with the use of acrylic paints are considered, namely: hot and cold batik, stencil, hand painting. On the basis of the creative source, the sketches are developed and the models of the women`s clothes collection with the use of the fabrics, hand-painted with acrylic paints, are made; such collection consists of six models of the costumes and includes trousers, jackets, blouses, and raincoats. On the basis of theoretical studies, the types and the methods of art decoration of the fabrics, used for design-projection of the collections of the women's clothes, are systematized. The paper defines the principles of using the concepts of form, style, color, ornamentation and decor of a Baroque costume in the design of promising collections of youth clothing based on the implementation of tectonic analysis of forms, structure and decoration. The results of the conducted scientific researches allowed to determine the leading artistic-compositional characteristics of color, ornamentation, decoration, silhouette forms and proportional structure of a suit in designing modern clothes with improved aesthetic and ergonomic properties. The most expedient variants of the main compositional features of clothing decoration and their harmonious combination in the modern youth suit are determined. General methodology of systematic approach to designing protective clothing. Microsoff Office Excel was used to calculate the of this research. Corel Xara Xtreme Pro 5.0 and Corel Draw X6 wore used to buizd au graphic objects. Analysis of the operating conditions of PCM during performance of mining operations revealed HHPF, specific to micro-climatic conditions of the industrial environment, the nature and the scope of work, etc. Ergonomic principles are not met. The expected levels of protection are also not met in terms of radiation damage, as well as other dangerous and harmful production factors (DHPF). That's why it can be reasonably argued as the evidence of further research prospects. An artistic sketch of the experimental model of new design and technological solution of the PCM suit is made. A technological solution is found for operations relating to the manufacture of experimental sample of the advanced PCM. Dynamic growth parameters of the PCM design are justified and requirements for materials selection for uranium industry are formed. While working, miners face a volume of phisical, chemical, biological and psychophisical DHPF. The danger lies within: the effects of uranium decomposition products; hostile microclimate; noise; vibration levels; high dust levels in work areas; air contamination; bacterial pollution of the mine itself; mechancal factors, etc. The absence of natural light leads to lack of visibility in work zones. In addition, a huge danger for the personel comes within soil rocks collapses, uncontrollable explosions, fires, and other DHPF that could lead to traumas and casualties. Not to mention, the long-term exposure to harmful production factors results in serious deseases amongst workers.The topography оf weak spots of existing professional miner’s clothing was made as wellas the new requirements for. The first areas to be damaged are those that are constantly under the influence of the harmful factors. In this work, standard methods of physical and mechanical research were used according to national and international standards. Compositions based on polyvinyl chloride were studied, which contains rubber wastes based on butadiene-nitrile rubber as a filler. It has been established that the optimal set of properties is achieved for a composition that contains 10% of the rubber compound. The possibility of the performance properties improvement for polyvinyl chloride with a rational content of the rubber mixture in the system is shown, the mechanism of interaction between the polymer matrix and the filler is proposed. The recipes of a composite material based on polyvinyl chloride and rubber wastes with improved performance properties have been developed and substantiated. The formation of the quality and environmental friendliness of natural leather has a complex technological sequence of processes and operations for the processing of biogenic material. At the core of processing there is provided a set of various, consistently executed treatments of raw leather materials and semi-finished products. On top of that chemical materials are used that are not always ecologically safe for the environment and human beings. The principles of resource conservation and ecologization determine the use of environmentally safe materials at the production stage, the complete or partial exclusion of harmful materials from technological processes, etc. Given the above, the innovative direction of ecologization of leather production is a partial replacement of tanning compounds of chromium with other compounds that exhibit structurally effective action. The aim of the work was to establish the level of ecological compatibility of natural leathers as a result of the processing of a biogenic material by applying an improved method of chromium tanning with the use of modified montmorillonite. The object of the study - the quality characteristics of natural leathers and the characteristics of the tanning process of a biogenic material. According to the results of the research, a list o f the main components of the assessment of the environmental friendliness of natural skins at various stages of the life cycle has been formed. The effectiveness of forming the environmental friendliness of natural leathers at all stages of the life cycle is substantiated by an increase of: the absorption rate of chromium compounds; the effectiveness of forming the structure of the leather; level of quality indicators; partial replacement of chromium compounds during tanning. Системно-структурний аналіз обраних об’єктів визначив тектонічну будову силуетної форми та її складових, характер ліній членувань, пропорційний устрій, метро-ритмічну співузгодженість, статико-динамічну орієнтованість форми майбутніх моделей одягу. Для урізноманітнення конструктивних рішень моделей колекції, пошуку найбільш перспективних та вдалих поєднань використано метод морфологічного аналізу та синтезу форм. The object of research is to improve the artistic expression and plasticity of the form of youth clothing. The subject of research is the works of fine art in the style of «Сubism» of the artists of the twentieth century (P. Picasso, J. Braque, V. Korotkov). The urgency and importance of the work is to transfer the plastic lines and forms from the paintings and architectural objects of сubist painters and the features of their metro-rhythmic organization on the plane, in the three-dimensional artistic design of clothing models. In the work a number of scientific methods are used for systematization and scientific substantiation of the research results. The artistic work of the investigated direction was carefully studied and analyzed using the visual-analytical method. The distinctive features of the style «Cubism» in the artistic works of artists, architects and sculptors of the corresponding direction are singled out. System-structural analysis of selected objects determined the tectonic structure of the silhouette shape and its components, the character of the lines of partitioning, the proportional structure, the metro-rhythmic consistency, the static-dynamic orientation of the shape of future clothing patterns. The method of morphological analysis and the synthesis of forms is used to diversify the constructive decisions of the collection models, to find the most promising and successful combinations. According to the results of the morphological analysis, a number of symbols of the future collection are defined, for further development of the assortment and components of the sets within each model line. On the basis of the conducted research the design-concept of the future collection of clothes is determined, taking into account artistic and compositional peculiarities of shaping the artistic works of the сubists. Досліджено серію жирувальних препаратів на базі синтетичних жирів Synthol EW 321 та Synthol MC та натурального сульфітованого на основі риб’ячого жиру Sulphirol C. Встановлено, що необхідні гігієнічні властивості напівфабрикату «Краст» (міцність, еластичність, паро- та повітропроникність), при більш раціональному використанні матеріальних ресурсів, забезпечуються при витраті 6,0 % препаратів Synthol EW 321 та Synthol MC, а також 4,0 % препарату Sulphirol C. Підвищена гідрофобність напівфабрикату досягається у разі використання препарату Synthol EW 321. Отримані результати дозволяють розширити асортимент шкіряних матеріалів та хімічних реагентів для їх обробки на стадії рідинного оздоблення.; The physicochemical and technological properties of modern fattening preparations of different chemical nature was investigated, their influence on the properties of Crust semi-finished leather, proposed for the footwear leather production have been studied. The main indices of these preparations and fatliquor treated samples of semi-finished was determined using organoleptic, chemical, physical-mechanical and statistical methods of analysis. A series of modern non-toxic of fatliquor preparations based on synthetic fats Synthol EW 321 and Synthol MC, as well as natural sulfonated fish oil Sulphirol C has been studied. It has been established that the necessary ergonomic and hygienic properties of Crust semi-finished leather (strength, elasticity, vapor and air permeability) rational use of material resources is provided at 6.0% of Synthol EW 321 and Synthol MC preparations, as well as 4.0% of Sulphirol C preparation. Increased hydrophobicity of the semi-finished product is achieved using Synthol EW 321. The relationship between the type and rational consumption of the presented fatliquor preparations of different chemical nature for the provision of the necessary functional properties of Crust semifinished leather has been determined. Краткий осмотр (реферат): Метою даної роботи є впровадження інноваційних технологій у виробництво шкарпеток для військовослужбовців та представників різноманітних силових структур, які проводять більшість часу у професійному взутті. Специфічні умови експлуатації таких шкарпеток у закритому взутті без мембрани та гарної вентиляції призводять до накопичення вологи у шкарпетці, розвитку патогенної мікрофлори (бактерії, гриби) та появи неприємного запаху поту. На сьогоднішній день розроблені та затверджені технічні умови на виготовлення трекінгових шкарпеток з текстурними термозонами для військовослужбовців Збройних сил України, які відрізняються за сировинним складом у відповідності до сезону експлуатації. Однак, зазначений у ТУ, сировинний склад не дає підстав стверджувати, що дані шкарпетки у повній мірі забезпечать достатній рівень комфортності за умови тривалого часу безперервної експлуатації у різних погодних умовах. Тому для надання розробленим трекінговим шкарпеткам поліфункціональних властивостей слід вирішувати питання вибору сировини на окремих ділянках у відповідності до умов експлуатації. Південно-корейською корпорацією «TCK» спільно з японським концерном «TORAY Group» розроблено та запатентовано виробництво поліефірних волокон під торговою маркою DEOKIL®. Наявність даних волокон у складі змішаної пряжі, з якої вироблено шкарпетки, дозволяє досягти високого рівня вентиляції, комплексного антибактеріального захисту та унікальних дезодоруючих властивостей виробу не залежно від конструкції взуття та сезону експлуатації. У роботі наведені результати дослідження дезодоруючої та антимікробної дії трекінгових шкарпеток, вироблених з використанням нового виду пряжі з вмістом поліефірних волокон торгової марки DEOKIL®. Specific conditions for the usage of such socks in a closed shoe without a membrane and a good ventilation lead to the accumulation of moisture in the sock, the development of pathogenic organisms (bacteria, fungi) and the odor of sweat. Analytical review and scientific information systematization in the field of the production of polyfunctional trekking socks with a complex of antibacterial and deodorizing properties. The technical conditions for the production of tracking socks with texture thermal zones for the servicemens of the Ukraine Armed Forces have been developed and approved nowadays, which differ in raw material composition according to the season of expluatation. However, the raw material composition indicated in the technical specifications does not give grounds to state that the given socks will fully provide a sufficient level of comfort provided forlong periods of continuous usage in different weather conditions. Therefore, to provide developed poly-functional properties of tracking socks, the choice of raw materials in selected areas should be solved in accordance with the operating conditions. Trekking socks of different manufacturers differ in commodity composition, design and weaves construction of texture thermal zones. The main functionality of such zones is effective abduction and subsequent evaporation of moisture (sweat) and maintaining the temperature balance of the elements of the lower leg, as well as reducing friction and pressure on its structural elements. Such socks provide their use in shoes with a membrane, which will ensure the effective removal of vapor moisture outside. South Korean corporation "TCK" jointly with the Japanese concern "TORAY Group" developed and patented the production of polyester fibers under the brand DEOKIL®. The presence of these fibers in the mixed yarn from which the socks are made, allows you to achieve a high level of ventilation complex antibacterial protection and unique deodorizing properties of the product, regardless of the shoe design and the season of operation. This paper presents the research results of deodorizing and antimicrobial activity of trekking socks manufactured with the use a new type of yarn containing the polyester fibers of the trademark DEOKIL®. With the assistance of Ltd. RA.DA as a member of the Light Industry Cluster, it is really possible to develop in Ukraine production of polyfunctional trekking socks and knitted underwear with a complex of antibacterial and deodorizing properties. On the basis of the made research, the concept of creating of didactic games for training exercises for tactile and visual sensations for children with deviations in development has been formed. The accumulation of sensory perceptions in the process of special studies teach for the basics of correlating of objects according to their external signs - in size, shape, position in space, contribute to the creation and harmonization of the environment surrounding the child, develop fine motor skills of hands, have a positive effect on the psyche. Visual didactic textile textbooks, which was made, are taking into account the preferences of children regarding in the color range of surrounding objects and decorative finishes. The main requirements for didactic textile games for the mental development of children with special needs are formulated. Based on certain requirements for tactile sensation training exercises, a wide range of textile toy aids has been developed, with the use of materials with a dramatically different texture, differ in organoleptic - by touch, by weight, by degree of softness. The practical importance of the work consists in the manufacture of a wide range of “textile aids” in the form of flat and volumetric figures made of various materials with various fillers.
